• “The staff is friendly, the room was clean. I locked my key in my room and at midnight, the owner was still available to help. I would definitely recommend to anybody passing through. It’s also the cheapest in the area.

“Great service, nice and clean room(s). Got our single-bed room upgraded to a double-bed for a small fee. Cheap refrigerated food and drinks in the lobby. Once in the room it feels more like a decent hotel, rather than a motel.

  • “Recently had to move out of our house and had to have an extended stay at a local motel. After staying at a couple different places in town we ended up at 99 Palms aka Motel 99 located right on the outskirts of Tulare. The 99 Palms has recently undergone many improvements under the new ownership, we were very impressed. The general appearance and up keep both on the outside as well as the inside of the rooms has definitely been improved . The staff is awesome and helpful. There was a situation that actually left me without a car and the owner himself drove us into town and didn’t even ask to be compensated. The rates were affordable especially since it included the wifi and a lovely daily breakfast including cereal, danishes, oatmeal, juice and coffee. 99 Palms definitely deserves a thumbs up and I would definitely stay here again .

“I was on a long road trip from Portland Or. to Las Vegas, and was looking for just a place to sleep for the night mid way, read the the reviews and picked this place to stop, and as the all the reviews said, it was a friendly and clean place too stay, they were right, the staff are very helpful and friendly, this hotel is not a 5 star resort, and it is very rustic, but they have free wifi, free cont breakfast, and microwave food as well (sell), thank you for the nice nights stay.
